Please Read! I recently purchased this plane and am a bit worried. I connected my battery the wrong way round, and I cant get my plane to work now as it started to smoke. The battery smoked, not the plane. It smoked at the connectors of the plane. Please Please help me Im begging you I havent even flown It yet!

@turkishflight1010 You reversed the polarity and fried something in the plane, you will need to change the burned part out.

Oh thats unfortunate.. Good luck with their service. It's miserable, well, it was for me anyway. Im going to fly it on saturday. yeah, i tested it out on a basketball court to make sure everything works ok and it was all good except the nose wheel goes to the left in neutral position.. so i guess on takeoff ill hold rudder right a bit or find a wide road. i hope of all things, there are no mechanical issues because my experience is flying for two minutes and then crashing lol.

I had this plane as soon as I got airborne about 25 feet in the air it like spiraled right and crashed in the ground lol

well it was my first time and i think i was moving the rudder when i was flying i was geting confused and i think thats why it did that lol but i finally got another plane from nitro planes the 55 inch wingspan version 3 sky trainer by airfield now that one is definetly worth it ! it flys so smooth and slow and fast ill recomend that one

OK guys, I have made a slideshow of putting this together. It is a 2.4 . Yes the instructions are choppy. I am a begginer and have never flown yet. Had to remove and reshape the motor cowling to fit properly. The steering servo arm set screw would not grip the front wheel, had to remove the front wheel and file the steering pin flat. The horn holes had to be enlarged with a small bit. The push rods had to be bent to fit the horns. Out of response room. Mine required 6 hours of work. View mine

I was wondering if this would be a good starter? I have very little experience but I've flown a 1 channel -_- (speed on or off and rudder (also either right middle or left no in between)) and a 4 channel helicopter. I want the hawk sky but you have had none for as long as i can remember

if this plane had a building video or some fdecent directions it would be a lot easier. the directions dont make sense at all because you can tell that ehatever asian language it was in was sent through a translator and printed on to the directions. the words dont help at all and then the pictures are in black and white with a white plane and a white background. you cant even tell what you are looking at. just a nightmare. once i finally fixed it up, everything works and it is ready to fly.

I bought this plane and it came yesterday. the plastic bracket that controls theleft aileron was broken before i even took it out of the bag and the instruction manual is very very poor quality. Im going to need some good customer service to change my opinion about it

@cdcdude. Yeah i sent it back to them and made them fix it.. such bullshit. They were nearly impossible to reach. sometimes id sit on hold for over 40 minutes and the call would drop.. but yeah, they fixed everything for me and sent it back, but i damaged the rudder myself because the directions were so shitty that i glued the horn in wrong and had to take it out.. i went to school and now im on break so im actually going to fly it this weekend.. Get a simulator. I hope it helped

I have a sim and a some good experience. I actually took it to the field today and I think I may have gotten a defective unit somehow. Hopefully I can be helped out. I had a few of the really experienced fliers test mine out and they couldn't figure out why it wouldn't fly right. I'm hoping nitroplanes can help me out, the ESC also glitches when I full throttle. Have you ever flown it before?

@1NyGiantsFan Dude! i know! What the hell. i made them bigger by twisting a screwdriver in the hole, but im confused about the rod that connects the rudder to the servo. Did you have to bend your rod?

@11thacrASSASSIN Get a knife and stick the tip into horn hole. Then carve until u can squeeze in pushrod.

Nope didn't bend it, I crashed mine breaking the engine shaft and crack in fuselage. It takes a while to figure it out. I dont know why these guys dont have building videos. Annoys me not to purchase.

i have this plane and when i landed it, the wheel Came off! ( this was after 1plunge, 1 spin stall, and 1 hard landing) other than that, this plane is very nice. I love it.

Great job Tony and i like flying in 20/25 mph winds as it helps you fly a lot better well it helped me out loads,because if i fly well in the wind and then fly on a calm day it feels so easy ;-) thumbs up.

We got this plane in red, its a tail dragger now and we fitted flaps. Also put 2.4 g gear in it. Looks great in the air, so scale. Lots of nice comments from club members.

I like the flight footage in windy weather like that. We do not get Sunny California weather in Chicago normally. Nevertheless, nice flying under those circumstances and especially with the weight of that plane.
