i remembered when i was doing my sit test i cant wait to fall out and get the fuck out of the whole wayang. i had no interest at all. got posted to a sir unit after as men. gonna ORD soon in a couple of months! You get to see who are the real leaders in a combat sir unit compared to tekong where a leader means shouting and demanding on basis of fear. rubbish.

some parts are made of plastic. some are not. you cant have a plastic muzzle.. it'll melt when you shoot rounds.. the handle/pistolgrip are made of.. crabonfibre? something like plastic that wont rust, but more durable

@Daniel39199 means you're doing it for the money. we're not mercinaries. the money is just a way of saying thank you to the current batch of NSman, which is practically one generation. they cannot be simply back dating things. there has to be a threshold somewhere. Don't take it to mean that they disregard you and your service to the country.

@vijay20 they shouldn't even be paying us any money at all, it is more of a little incentive to win the loyalty of the current generation of NSmen which our gar'men feel might have less and less loyalty to the ruling party due to current FT policies and the increasingly crazy cost of living and housing.

I would so much rather they worked on solid policies to address these issues realistically as true appreciation then to give a select few of us 9K as a stop-loss to show "appreciation"

Luckily, due to my knee injury, I no need go cheong but I would have to scarifice everything else. 2 man show, for preparing all the intel, maps, briefing (yes, all the maps for the entire company line). People may think that it's easy being the company admin/OCPA but it's truely not. I have to coordinate everything single thing for the entire company line. If the men not out field, they can rest in bunk. Admin have no rest. We work 20 hours per day...

@Gen3si4 Unit company line admin are fighting soldiers too. We may not have to carry all the heavy stuff but all the mental work stress us out. We are always being screwed by CO and all the S(s). S1 all the way to S4. Everyday update, everyday men come and ask for help. BUt when they got nothing much to do, they start to hate us, say we are sissy and stuff. It's not easy. If I can, I also go cheong, cheong finish, eat and sleep. When men cheong, admin got more work to do. plus last minute. How?

Lol, during my SIT Test, I unknowingly wayang a lot and made quite a few mistakes as IC/2IC.

Thankfully, my SIT Test site wasn't as muddy or worse than the above vid. I remember my field camp site being far worst.
