@mmowm I may make a video showing how I did that, but basically i created several 'clean plate' backgrounds in photoshop by airbrushing out the original guy bit by bit (took ages) and then animated those in Sony Vegas to follow the path of the background in the original video. Lay that on top of the video, mask out the plate where it's not needed, then lay my footage on top and line everything up and time it as best as possible (yes, hours of fiddling around as you can imagine!).

The only thing that stands out is your image is video and mike is film. the color and brightness was right on. it was a clever thing to try. besides a few matte errors in your right sleeve it was a good capture. work on the lip sync a bit more as there was a few words you were off on. Well done for noticiing that - I keep the camera locked down (it doesn't move) and I physically move (turn) instead of the camera moving. This gives the same effect as the cam moving when it's not. The hard part is me having to work out how to move (in real time) to give the same effect. Lots of takes!
