In the UK version of this game the targeting is other way round: Yellow is perfect shot.

That level seems like it's taking forever... I don't see how you're supposed to win. Are you supposed to kill the runaway car or get 500 viewers or what?
Isn't this a guncon game? It's pretty more fun with it.
