i just shot 2 rockets dead eye at him and he rocket jumped down, he somehow was alive, i finished him off with the Black Hawk unique 44. Magnum and got the rifle :D

If you have the Bloody Mess perk and an automatic weapon like the minigun or something, just shoot his body and it'll explode into a bunch of pieces which will fall off the platform...just go to one of those pieces, activate the inventory, and it'll be there.

So they will be dead before u need to know em down

@MegaDetH822 If I remember correctly, the hood gives you a +10 in stealth, so it's kind of a big deal (at least to me it was). I don't know for sure if it's any Oasis hood or just the one you get from the granny at Oasis after completing the mission in a determined way...

The point of the Reservist's Rifle is that it has +50% durability and fire rate and costs 32 AP to use in V.A.T.S. as opposed to 38.
