Hi Sweetie. You look so good and you are maintaining so well. You are such an inspiration. More importantly, you are such a wonderful, AUTHENTIC person. I agree with you. Outside running is MUCH harder than the treadmill. It is so weird when you actually have to move your own weight outside. On a treadmill, you don't feel that challenge. Love you so much Cos. Hugs!!!
