As far as I know no one was arrested for property destruction. The most severe charges are actually going to journalists and other support personnel. Felony inciting a riot and felony conspiracy to riot and 8 event organizers(who had nothing to do with property destruction) have "in furtherance of terrorism" tacked on. Amy Good man was arrested for felony rioting, although I'm willing to concede that her charges may have been downgraded if not dropped altogether.
