@indianpatriot07 IQ has nothing to do with race, the reason why indian average iq is low is because 44% of indians are iliterate, while iliteracy in China is only around 5%.also most india still embrace the caste system where you are judged by birth not ability. China abolished things similar to indian caste system in 221 BC when Qin dynasty was found and in 2011 india still havent cleaned their act up.
