The rest boils down to personal taste, where I have to say Terry's doesn't get boring (for me) where as Jeff seems to need to resort to dirty jokes. This is usually a downward spiral.

Jeff Dunham is a fantastic ventriloquist, but his main focus is on comedy. Terry Fator is also a great ventriloquist, but what makes him more impressive, is that he is also a master impressionist.
