  • Agree with thomalon. Taking someone new to biking on a black run is just pointless. It can completely put people off riding. Try a red run at the most for now and you will love it. Keep up the riding !!!

  • @andyheard Since when is having fun in the fresh air pointless?! My wife actually really enjoyed herself. The video was only a bit of fun...No wives were harmed in the making of this video!

  • Don’t be too hard on yourself Jess you did do a RED/ BLACK run. My fiancée and I did that trail a couple of weeks ago and she was making statements like, “never again” and “I could cry”!

    Try the Green and Blue runs at Brechfa they are much easier and enjoyable,

    For your first ride don’t be put off you did well.
