I work for Delta and will be taking my parents to Europe in a few days. I got them these seats for $33 roundtrip includes taxes. Can't get any better than that!!

I just flew this from Atlanta - Dubai and back and the seats were more comfortable than British Airways or Etihad business class -- better for sleeping because they are totally flat and have extra length at the top, above your head. I'm 6'2" and sometimes can't stretch out all the way -- but could easily on these flights.

It still has that Delta feel and the lounges totally suck compared to the foreign carriers, but the seat was great.

@aphil02 - I totally agree with you on the seats. They are super-comfortable and provide excellent space for sleeping. However, though Delta's service may not be on Singapore or Qatar levels, they do a very nice job. The meals in BusinessElite are suprisingly good and the attendants are very attentive. I also feel that though the Asian attendants are efficient, courteous and detailed, they are not nearly as warm and friendly as the Delta folks. GO DELTA!

@yogiababua - I can assure you that the seats are incredibly comfortable, especially in sleep mode. I recently flew from Johannesburg to Atlanta in this seat (16hrs 40mins nonstop) and got a full 8 hours sleep.

I have to fly one of these aircraft for this Business Class. Seating on an angle seems different. I know my airline does not have that seating. We just have the regular seating forward seats in business class. And the First Class seats on the 777 are a little bit turned on an angle. Yeah, a little bit turned towards the window. A little bit on an angle. I love flying.

If you'd really like to fly on the 777-200LR, then there's a flight that runs ATL-LAX-ATL every day.

It's much cheaper to fly domestic business than it is to fly international business.

If you want fly on it, then you'd better hurry because DL is going to put the 777LR on an international route at the end of May.
