Why else would you have a huge collection of dogs barking? Some of them aren't your next door neighbours but you still record them. It's an obsession.

What would be the point of making dogs bark to tape them? The dogs are already barking. What's your point? Have you ever used your brain to think? People don't train their dogs to be quiet, that's why there is so much barking. These videos only stand as evidence of dog owners who neglect their pets and leave them to bark all day long and irritate their neighbors. Did you know that there is a law about letting your dogs disturb the neighbors? It's called a NUISANCE. Figure it out, dummy.
