Btw, you can save your multiplayer progress by switching back to Singleplayer mode before exiting the game. I've got max multiplayer level. It's awesome :)

It was released by one of their employees without permission. The Devs have said that they don't want people to download it. They want for people to wait for the demo. Many have already judged the game by the unfinished beta and are not bying the game because of it. This hurts sales rather than helps them.
I have every intention of buying this on release, but I am not going to give up the chance to play it early. I haven't touched the MP yet but have been playing around with the SP (can't play through it, skips cut scenes, etc.) and love it.
Crytek fucked up, and people who want to play it are going to play it regardless of how nice the devs ask...
Some will play it and some won't exactly because the devs asked so nicely. They have been getting a lot of support from people on their own forums. The reason i personally i won't download is because i rarely want touch unfinished betas. That doesn't matter tho, this video still shows material that was stolen and should not be on youtube, if you are interested download it yourself in private

@linuxpowerification Well, not really though. The only differences on PC is it will support Sandbox editor, DX11 tessellation, higher resolutions, and dedicated servers.
@unrealriot Actually it has ever resolution available. Some of the textures aren't the correct ones and like you said there's only dx9. Also there's only 3 options for graphics gamer (medium), advanced (high), hardcore (very high). The game looks really good, especially the environments and some of the effects. Performance wise with my i7 920 and gtx 480 im getting around 30-50 fps at 1920 x 1200 on hardcore settings dx9. I usually play around a constant 42fps though, but it is always smooth.

@unrealriot Actually it has ever resolution available. Some of the textures aren't the correct ones and like you said there's only dx9. Also there's only 3 options for graphics gamer (medium), advanced (high), hardcore (very high). The game looks really good, especially the environments and some of the effects. Performance wise with my i7 920 and gtx 480 im getting around 30-50 fps at 1920 x 1200 on hardcore settings dx9. I usually play around a constant 42fps though, but it is always smooth.
