What are they gonna do, right? I assume just leave. Maybe not. How did people react to your abrupt nudity?

Until then, I'm just going to chill. :)

So I was talking to Hannah trying to work things out when the other girl, Jazmine, kept interrupting. So my snap was at this point and I just spun on her, got in her face and screamed "SHUT UP!" and shoved her to the ground. Needless to say we're never going to be BFF's again.
when i snap it used to be that i was quite violent and i used to hurt a lot of people, just anyone that got in my way. the ironic thing is, is that i hate violence, i dont even like people argueing. so now i just break down in tears, mainly from the fustration of self control.
only one time i had snapped and it was towards my mom because she wouldn't stop mocking me and she wasn't taking me serious at all. i would say i respect my parents and i dont curse at them and i dont talk bad about them ever, even though i do tend to talk back a lot. but that one time something inside me just completely made me snap and i started screaming hysterically at my mother. the worst part, she still didnt take me seriously which made my screams louder and then i started to cry. yep lol

Two things happen when I snap. I either black out and wake up with marks over me, in other words self harm (although that is less frequent now) or I go into 'rage'. When I get angry and snap I loose all control of myself and end up fighting or, beating the shit out of somone. I don't like either but I can't stop either. <3
When I snap I just go completely silent or laugh hysterically. Then I usually drive around in my car for a couple hours with the music on blast and my phone on silent to help me collect my thoughts. I've never snapped. I'm a very passive introvert, the closest I ever got, which wasn't very close at all, was when my little brother pissed me off so much. I didn't punch or kick or anything, I just shouted what I was feeling, that he had punched me and was trying to make mom believe he was somehow the victim.
I don't often get pushed far enough to snap thankfully, mostly I just walk off when people go too far. But the few times it has happened to me I yelled as loud as possible either in reply or just incoherently (retrospectivelyit must have looked freaky)and THEN walked off. Usually if I end up near my bed afterwards the screaming continues with my face stuffed in my pillow and then I just lay there ranting to myself until I calm down because I feel that otherwise I'll bash someone's head in.

i'm the kind of person who's afraid of altercation. so i don't snap at people when i feel they do me wrong. i just take it and pretend it never happened. as you can understand i keep a lot of feelings bottled up. the times i am able to let go of these feelings are rare. sometimes my body does it for me, let's say when i'm drunk for instance. the smallest thing could start a complete meltdown. other times i'll able to run it off, or cry it out, or a combo of the two; run til i cry.
Once, i was in class, and there was this guy who wouldn't top pushing and shoving me, and punching me and whatnot (I'm a girl) And one time he jumped in front of me in class and made me drop my stuff. And i just paused took a deep breath and started screaming and cursing.. And he hasn't messed with me since... I got in big trouble O.O

Two things happen when I snap. I either black out and wake up with marks over me, in other words self harm (although that is less frequent now) or I go into 'rage'. When I get angry and snap I loose all control of myself and end up fighting or, beating the shit out of somone. I don't like either but I can't stop either. <3

When I snap I just go completely silent or laugh hysterically. Then I usually drive around in my car for a couple hours with the music on blast and my phone on silent to help me collect my thoughts. I try to stay away from violence because everytime I get violent I either physically hurt someone really bad or mentally hurt them really bad...and I don't like doing that to people.

I've never snapped. I'm a very passive introvert, the closest I ever got, which wasn't very close at all, was when my little brother pissed me off so much. I didn't punch or kick or anything, I just shouted what I was feeling, that he had punched me and was trying to make mom believe he was somehow the victim.

I don't often get pushed far enough to snap thankfully, mostly I just walk off when people go too far. But the few times it has happened to me I yelled as loud as possible either in reply or just incoherently (retrospectivelyit must have looked freaky)and THEN walked off. Usually if I end up near my bed afterwards the screaming continues with my face stuffed in my pillow and then I just lay there ranting to myself until I calm down because I feel that otherwise I'll bash someone's head in.

I'm a pretty chill female, so my feelings don't get hurt most of the time.... The last time I snapped when I was fourteen, going through puberty. My father and I were never on good terms and I would snap and yell at him and then run to the bathroom crying/screaming at him because he would pound at the door. It was pretty dramatic back then. My sister and I got in to a huge fight about my appearance,acting my age,and how the rest of my family is ashamed of me. I sat there staring at her, trying not to blow up and throw a bunch of her mistakes back in her face. She kept piling a bunch of shit about me to the point where I went numb, walked in my room,and sat on my bed for six hours. She tried to talk to me but my silence and dead stare in to a corner made her leave me alone. I go numb and ignore everything to hold on to my sanity.

i'm the kind of person who's afraid of altercation. so i don't snap at people when i feel they do me wrong. i just take it and pretend it never happened. as you can understand i keep a lot of feelings bottled up. the times i am able to let go of these feelings are rare. sometimes my body does it for me, let's say when i'm drunk for instance. the smallest thing could start a complete meltdown. other times i'll able to run it off, or cry it out, or a combo of the two; run til i cry.
