i think sex is a process of procreation, that was made to feel so good so that people will be motivated to procreate, and since that man did a great job filling up the world, procreation as the main objective became an occasion (for those who wants to have their own children) or a tragedy (unwanted pregnancies). so procreation is no longer the main purpose, but a secondary or minor goal, which of course will be determined on the society's demands.
