  • Nashville Sure has let this lady down

  • she is so cute here! sounds great too. thank you for posting :)

  • Yeah she was included with Country greats as Loretta Lynn, Tammy Wynette, and Patsy Cline! All were Country Queens!

  • Actually I think Dottie was prettier here than when she had redone herself. Very pretty and talented.

  • ...not only did dottie sound good... she also cared about how she looked..!

  • Ohhhh yeah....you got that right! Especially later on when she went to the glitter and spandex. That was when she had the same costume designer as Cher. (I just can't think of the name...)

  • The designer was Bob Mackey they said she paid a fortune for those stage costumes.

  • Gotta luv that what I call "big voice" :) Thx for posting.

  • This WONDERFUL Woman was nothing short of INCREDIBLE!!!

  • Dottie West is one of my favorites and "Last Time I Saw Him" is my favorite Dottie song so thanks for sharing this clip with us.

  • Brings back some great memories.i was her steel player then.

  • If you're playing steel on this show, you did one fine job. The more Dottie West I hear, especially from the 60's and 70's, the more I realize how very much talent she had. You framed her presentation just right with a beautiful tone and touch.

  • @classicnsteel you sir were one lucky man...she was some beautiful lady..god bless her..you too bud. :)

  • If you like this song and video, do yourself a favor & pick up a copy of her LP House of Love which this song comes from. The album is one of her best, packed with great songs. Of course it's not on CD - gotta love those moronic record companies.

  • Amazing. She wrote this in Kansas City and it was recorded in 1963...the same place she attended her friend Patsy Cline's last concert and the year Cline died...it became West's first hit. Her angel was looking out for her!

  • We miss you, Country Sunshine! The most underrated female country music artist in the history of the genre.

  • @soozb4 Could'nt agree more. She was so beatiful
