@sub7design Yep hanging leg raises. Although most people do raise their legs to the horizontal position instead of all the way to bar (which is nicknamed the Pike). There is an even harder version called a "circumduction," where you raise your legs all the way to the bar, then slowly rotate your legs clockwise, then counter clockwise.
What muscles does that work out? Seems like it works the abs. If not, is there any kind of Pullup technique that works out the abs. I've heard that the Subscap pullup works out the chest and back very well, but how 'bout the abs?
I call these leg raises.

yep it works the abs. The subscap pullup works the abs as well if you extend your torso out horizontally the way I do in the other video.
