Actually some of this stuff is thought up by guys who can get real weapons, have used and been trained with real weapons and who are looking for an alternative to your "real" weapons. Personally if I were going to launch something I would rather launch it with air or spring power and save the podwer for the main charge of the projectile. He is launching Nerf darts here but who knows maybe he made this launcher for when society collapses.
