  • She Y U SO HEAVY??

  • No- the fact that the Beatles are an awesome , talented band unlike half the ass***es today is what bought me here ! : )

  • even though i know the ending is abrupt, it still surprises me

  • awesome song definately my favourite

  • I kind f feel like it was INTENDED to be a make-out song.

  • I want this be in next Guitar Hero

  • @PresidentMustDie they're not making no more :(

  • @NicolasAndSadie For a reason....but its in Beatles: Rock Band.

  • OMGfacts xD

  • If you've ever wanted someone very bad, this must be the song that describes that emotion like no other

  • Dat ending

  • So someone's jealous that he couldn't get so many thumbs up?

  • Thumbs up if OMGfacts brought you here

  • @Bassinger2 This is honestly really annoying.

  • WOW THIS SONG IS ALMOS 8 MINUTES AND HAS ONLY 14 DIFFERENT WORDS

  • @yayedu the genius of The Beatles. Come Together is another amazing song

  • I believe this is what they called "funky" back in the day

  • I wonder if this song influenced Robin trower? One of my all time favorites. Made me realize that this song has elements that Trower may have liked also.

  • pure...pure...Gold....nothing better

  • untouchable....you will never have this world ever again in such a spell...

  • beatles... what else... :)))

  • I love how dark and evil this ending sounds. This is my favorite song and also my favorite album of theirs :D God save the queen!

  • awesome song. i love the big ending riff...it is like a ghost of black sabbath heavy metal.

  • The Beatles Forever! : )

  • Anyone know who is playing organ on this? Billy Preston maybe?

  • @CaptainQueue Indeed.

  • To CaptainQueue ~ Billy Preston it is ; he plays on "Something" as well.

  • Not sure if it gets any better than this.

  • This reminds me of "Don't Spit on my mind" by the german metal band Helloween

  • Dat ending

  • I zoned out playing the end of this song on Beatles Rock Band on Expert O.o

It was funny because the very last note I got 5 Stars Gold:DD

  • this is the best beatles song and my favorite !

  • Best rock album ever produced!

  • The peak of musical genius....never the same again!

  • Beatles or Stones??? Gotta have the Beatles...

  • Early Metal! Soooo Heavy! Nice!!!!

  • thanx for posting , pure art ,

  • I like Halestorm's cover better. I love the hypnotic feel of this song. I'm sure many will disagree but the beat and slow rhythm kind of reminds me of Santana's music.

  • my favorite beatles song

  • awww. the last song they recorded together with all four of them :(

  • i LOVE the intro!!!

  • Every time I listen to this, the ending gives me chills. This song is just pure, primal, raw emotion. I think it gets its point across better without lyrics. The Beatles did with 13 words what no one else can do with full novels.

  • likeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • thanks abunch to padfoot333!!!

  • just sick

  • I imagine that yellow bug in the pic of the album cover would sell for about a million and a half today.

  • this is a pure masterpiece...so underrated song....but, actually you cant say for all their song to be masterpiece, can you :))

  • @0652411 i can!!

  • Best Riff the Beatles ever did!

  • Wow... Le titre suffit à lui même...

  • The interplay between the unique lead guitar and the great bass line (I think McCartney is an underrated bass player) is really something. It's kind of like in earlier songs when H & L did dueling leads. Ringo's drumming is spot on & the vocal sticks with all the variations. Just a lot of different parts coming together. The Beatles always strived for a synergistic effect, no matter how great the individual elements.

  • JOHN LENNON. Genius!!! Abbey Road is my favourite album ever!

  • beatles is a satanic band.

  • @michaeljustussvcc aww, iddn't that cyoooot...

    BUT IT'S WRONG.

  • @michaeljustussvcc oh sure. And I guess Justin Bieber is an amazing vocalist. Yeah.....

  • @michaeljustussvcc What evidence do you have for that assertion? I want to know.

  • @michaeljustussvcc and your an inbred hic

  • I enjoy playin the lead and bass on this song

  • that guitar riff is so haunting, its like the theme from an apocolypse or something

  • Black Sabbath before Black Sabbath. 5:14

  • My sister and I are fat so once, my dad played this song and was like "She's so heavyyyyyyyy". Funny enough, it's one of my favorites.

  • aannndd the usernames switch places again -_- wtf youtube

  • geez, i post a comment, and literally as soon as i post it, it becomes the "highest rated comment"....of zero lol

  • why did the usernames on the comments suddenly switch sides?? o.O

  • I love playing this song from my DVD player, then den the lights to get my girlfriend in the mood.

  • There is some of the spookiness and creepiness of Magical Mystery Tour and White Album in this song. I also love how it just stops suddenly out of nowhere.

  • i liked the Beatles before but after i watched across the universe 1 year ago i knew why they were in the top 3 most famous musitions with michael jackson and elvis i don't know what order though

  • @rsvideomakersglobal What??......Michael Jackson??? ....Ha ha ha

  • @humbarcam they both famous yo!!jk

  • @bea30tl42....You are SPOT ON with your comment.

  • Can't hear the yelling at 4;34 :(

  • The bass at 4:06 is the reason Paul is my favorite Beatle..... GAH! Words do not describe my love for this album. There will never been a better one created.....

  • I grew up to this!..timeless!

  • You've got to understand. Nobody but nobody even sounded remotely close to these guys at that time. No one even came close. They set the standard and the bar so high no one could touch their sound or their songwriting. I can't emphasize how completely they dominated styles, music, culture. This song epitomizes John's absolute desperate love for Yoko.

  • @bea30tl42 bro, "I want you" is a Mac Cartney tune, not lennon.

  • @betoxyxy hey man, you must be kidding !!!

John has written & arranged this song.

  • @betoxyxy Do you know which Beatle wrote the dark Gothic instrumental ending? Was it Paul for sure? If so, how do you know this?

  • @marvy1118 Everybody knows this is a 100% LENNON song.

Lovely George solo, Incredible Mc'Cartney's bass, Ringo perfect, but it's a Lennon song.

  • @humbarcam This song doesn´t have a solo

  • @ElizaFoley times has passed so much that both of those bands are in the rock hall of fame lol

  • In terms of production, this is George Martin's masterpiece... It's hard to believe this was recorded over 40 years ago... It's scary how good this is...

  • @JoshuaTaylor Not only is it scary good, it's scary (the end-piece that is).

  • @marvy1118 Agreed ! Those last couple of minutes cranked up loud on a good system are a life-altering experience. Jaw-dropping.

  • I love how the one section is for one song! haha Beatles<3 :P

  • Would've loved to hear the complete ending, just once...

  • 2:26 is actually known as the "ringo starr beat" Boom ba ba boom ba boom ba ba boom ba. love it. the bass playing with it is also freakin sexy.

  • there is only one thing greater and that is yours and my god beatlesdad@live.ca

  • I tried slowly cranking up a fan while the white noise at the end comes in & it made the song even more atmospheric & sinister. If anybody reads this, I suggest trying it out.

  • 4:39 on out sounds evil

  • @endurocatfish thats the dark side of love....

  • @syrensounds or possibly yoko ripping john's soul out? just a thought lol

  • @endurocatfish Very.

  • this could be their best song, yeah I know that's a pretty bold statement

  • @quadleaf95 it is their best song.

  • Me flipa este album-genial-

  • Ba na na na NA na na, ba na na NA nuh nuh nuh, nuh NUH nuh, ba nuh NUH, NUH, NUH; nuh Na NUH

  • "Ringo is one of the greatest rock drummers. There were times when hed get in the middle of a drum fill and not know how to get out, and thats what made it great." -Kenn Scott

  • easy listening and nice bass line

  • Preston was the man. That's some HEAVY organ!

  • just remembering the times when these songs were first released, the planet was spinning on its side.

  • i cant listen to Beatles while doin homework...their music distracts me to much

  • @iamnotaskater11 Yeah, I agree. It's so heavy...ha ha.

The Beatles and this album are absolute genius.

Paul is darker than the public thinks.

  • 3:29- 3:43 - Fucking... Eargasm. God damn.

  • I love the 2.25 onwards section - Beautiful!!

  • one of their final and finest.

    wondered who was on keyboards?

    good post.

  • @lifereguard Billy Preston played keyboards on Abby Road

  • Amazing bass playing !!

  • BEST TRACK ON ABBEY ROAD

  • It's evolution, and I don't even think they realized it themself, it's a new era and a new zone where you start to see Pink Floyd coming into the music scene

  • What a song!, i love it, and i love Abbey Road too

  • this song doesnt need lyrics

  • this song reminds me of the original version before it was remastered. The guitars are super funky dope hypnotic!!!!!! great jam!!!!!!

  • Out of this world. The guitar layers - oooosh. Takes me back to high school, a doobie, bedroom door locked with the headphones on! Heaven. Year later, I came home from college and my 14 yr old bro and friends thought van halen was best. I played abbey road for them and they were in awe!!

  • Good Job!! lol

  • @ElizaFoley Everything comes full circle. My 10 year old thinks there are two types of rock bands: the Beatles and everyone else.

  • @ElizaFoley Try a couple micro dots!

  • @thecolorblue456 I would gladly try some

  • @ElizaFoley you were high on acid, while listening to the beatles, with your headphones on, then went to heaven.. wow im so jealous :(

    I love the beatles !

  • @ElizaFoley Both are great bands, but nothin beats the beatles!

  • it's like a mantra.

  • @evangelistabjj Yes you are right!!!

  • boobs to my ears!

  • This is so tight.

  • when bands were awesome...and could musically arrange 'white noise". who rocks this anymore

  • If you listen to this song and then "Because" and "You Never Give Me Your Money" you get an strange sense that the 3 songs were written together to be listened to together. Abbey Road is The Beatles pinnacle achievement!

  • fucking good sound

  • con todo y la perdida de calidad debido al cambio de formato. suena genial. me hace sentir como las primeras veces que escuche estas canciones. parece que tengo a john cantandome en las orejas .

  • God, you can hear Paul playing stuff in bass that I didn't even know it was there!!! :O

  • best....song.....ever

  • @jordanj112 blows me away everytime ilisten

  • como saber si es un remaster 2009 real

  • oh fuck the sound quality makes me shiver!!

the hammond organ always gets me in the first she's so heavy part

  • this song isnt suppose to end.

  • THANKS so much for posting this!

  • man, of all the great Beatles songs, this might be my favorite. Just a fantastic FEEL to this song, from start to end.

  • i think i am going to go and buy the box set. This sounds very good.

  • good luck finding one

  • I read where the intense guitar portion was simply John, Paul and George playing the grunt out of the notes. In this remastered version, it is so full-flavored that I feel as if I've tripped back in time to Abbey Road Studios.

  • I was waiting for the part at 4:28 when John screams and people in the control booth are yelling to him. It's a lot more audible now and it seems that John's voice doesn't distort nearly as much as it did in the previous mix. Don't know how the pulled that off since it was recorded like that... Awesome

  • At firs I thought I heard some yellings after John screamed but then I read your comment and went back to listen to that part. Amazing, after more than 30 yrs I heard something new in this recording.

  • um im assuming that the full set of all the albums that are remastered are $300.

Can you but them separate, and if so, how much?

  • i just bought sgt pepper's separately for $13 American

  • A million times better than the dire 87' Abbey Road CD..

  • I never realized it before, but there are 5 Beatles in that photo.

  • ROFL

  • haha well noticed

  • well, to be accurate...4 Beatles, 1 Beetle. :)

  • the man in the right of the photograph?

  • Very cool song. Never heard it till now. Thank you for posting these remasters. They sound amazing. Can't see why Capitol/EMI used 3rd of fourth generation tapes to master the CD's.

  • it's awesome to see comments liek this =]

  • I really mean the first part of my comment. Last sentence of my comment i was referring to the first releases of Beatles albums to CD.

  • what is he saying at 4:34

  • It sounds to me like "Quiet down", but I'm not sure. But it would make sense, because Lennon screams his head off at that part. lol

  • thanks i appreciate it

  • woa!! who is aying that unaudible message at 4:34
