@idrismetalcore That's a good point. Unless maybe he was going to tell that driver at 0:37 to stop and to call 911. I guess Mr. Bean was doing the right thing which was if another person is seen, tell that person to call 911 and if you are alone with the victim who is an adult and no one else is around, then you can call 911 yourself. For an infant and child, if someone is seen tell them to call 911 and if no one is around, don't leave and perform CPR and then call 911 after one minute.

@idrismetalcore That's right, blowing air through the guy's mouth with the magazine and using the medicine tablets was not the correct thing for Mr. Bean to do. When putting air in the person's mouth, it's either supposed to be mouth to mouth (which Mr. Bean was about to do) or to use a breathing mask over the person's mouth with the other person breathing through a tube on the mask. Using medicine tablets make things worse by blocking the breathing tube. I agree, Mr. Bean is very funny.
