  • At first I was like this is gonna suck then I saw it coming together and I was like :O

  • what colors would i use if i were useing FASKOLOR hobby paint?

  • Comment removed

  • Love that blue one. It's great!

  • k thanks

  • Do you need to use an airbrush to paint lexan bodies? I just want a gloss black on mine. Would spray paint work or look terrible?

  • @CANTUSEACAMERA that will work just fine. Plenty of my friends just use rattle cans, you just cant get into the detail like you would with an airbrush (normally) but some people are really good with spray cans as well

  • I wouldn't want to run the truck with a nice body I'd be scared to crash it very nice work 5 stares

  • whats the paint called

  • hey man

i think you painted my losi body

    Great job man,

  • what kind of plastic of the rc body shell?

  • AWSOME Vids man verry helpfull for an airbrush noob like me.

  • your videos are good!!! but do not help the beginner like me try !!! with jumping like your vids do some ppl need to see more instead of skipping ,,you do awsome work though

  • what model your brush is ?

  • amazing, thanks for the good video. friends from Thailand.

  • how would i go about a white flame?

  • do you have any tips on repairing a rustler body

  • wow. the only thing i can say now. wow.

  • awesome vids and skills man for real

  • was i the only one adjusting the volume throughout the whole video?

  • How do you prime metal?

  • @sprayart94 sand paper

  • I just wasted 7 minutes of my life... Watching a really good video :D

  • men thats kulllll

  • All I can say is swEET man SWEET.

  • Those Blue flames where awesome

  • sweet !

  • What adhesion promoter do you use? I know several avid rc guys who have tried using urethane but have issues with chipping. I don't think any have used Kustom paints so perhaps that is the difference? Was also given a tip to scotch brite the surface and then use clear as the adhesion promoter? Makes sense in theory however not sure the durability with lexan given the abuse off road bodies take. Thanks for the posts.

  • and your going to post your efforts when?

  • man this was ignorant. first of all the camera NEVER does justice to the true outcome of the brush work. tony is one of the best artists on here. not to mention he donates SO much time trying to help people with their painting. u may want to check out some of his other work before you accuse him of not being up to par. i assume youre pretty young, but please think before you bash someones art.

  • your blue and green flames looked sweet ... but your flames you airbrushed in the video weren't so hot so to speak ... hehe.

  • i wanned to get an airbrush system today to pimp up my cars bodyshell and the assisstent told me that wasn possible because u couldnt use lexan colour with an airbrush

is that true? if not, where can u get lexan airbrush colour?

  • She is full of crap, you can do your own but you have to use a paint specifically for it, I use fascolors (there are some badass pearlescent, translucent (kinda like candy colours), and even metallic flake. go slow and make sure to have your pattern thought out BEFORE you start lol. Good luck bro! *I am trying to integrate carbon fiber and it looks good so far.

  • thanks dude! so where can i get summa those colors?

and do these colourz stick to the bodyshell or do they break and split if the bodyshell is twistet a bit?

  • Faskolor. The colors are waterbase, most hobby shops carry them, they are water resistant and nitro PROOF (which is awesome) the only problem I have found is that you get a lot of paint drying on the tip. you spray this stuff as is (no thinning) and never let it harden, if you are going to leave your project for 10 mins, clean the gun! It's made for lexan, bends, twists and (in my case) nails the ground a lot, sticks like baby shit bro ;-) faskoat for even more protection.

  • awesome thank you dude!!

  • Plus, you paint an rc car body on the inside. No need for clear coat dumbshit.

  • not if your painting on the original nut fuk.

  • clear coat is not only for shine dumbass, its also to protect it , even on the inside!

    FACED LOL

  • you are al niggers you all talk so much shit about his videos when non of you would ever be able to be even remotely goond you ass holes

  • I noticed you like to go around talkin shit on random vids.Like the one of someone's drawings. They were someone young and you shattered their pride with your dumb ass comment. I also noticed your fourteen. So I will leave it be and just say you need a spanking young lady!!

  • stupid bro it would of sayed me alot of time if he would of just painted it on a rc body what a fag

  • He needs to watch some Ed Hubbs or maybe wait till he is actually a pro till he goes and tries teaching. He mentions nothing about clear coats or what kind are good on a flexable remote control car body . I'm sure not all clears can go on.Not to mention the prepping part for the plastic on the car as to get the paint to stick. That car is going to be going through a lot ... unless you just shouldn't buy them cuz you might break a nail drivin it..

  • who gave this thumbs up he says use adhesion promoter and you dont need clear you paint it on the inside

  • best is the green flame

  • ya it's good but how are you going to get this onto an RC body, RC's bodies have curves, angles, dips, and you will have to have the brush 90 degress to your face to get it on the inside of the body, it's going to be 1000 times hard on a real rc body...

would be good if he did it on a real rc body and not a flat peice of lexan

  • i agree

  • he painted it on an rc body at the end

  • ya but i wanted to see himn do it, he don`t show him doing it on the body he just shows what it looks like on the body, i want to see him do it

  • I wish i had any kind of artistic ability :-(

  • Great vid & nice results.

  • Your videos are awesome. Keep up the good work and keep the videos coming.

  • i gota say that this looks so much cooler than normal flames

  • For the most part yeah. But it really depends on what the flames are going on. A real (not RC) retro rod, you can't go wrong with the "classic" style of flames.

  • awsome!

  • awesome final project

  • 5 stars... Bad video quality thou...

  • .......for real?.....

    hit the HD button...

  • i hope you know that you paint an rc car body on the inside not on the outside..

  • I've been following your flame videos for a while now, I'm in to painting RC bodys so this is perfect for me .

    Great job!

  • nice.

  • Real Artist.you rock bro!!!!!

  • you are good man

  • You rock........
