Oh hello! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy lost a ton of weight with it.
@imdown76 Sure! Try programs from the site WeightLossAction.Info my mother suggested it to me. It's really working in just few weeks you'll lose weight just like we did.
Hey Sadie, I'm really loving your yoga workouts~ ^^ I was just wondering, what time of the day would be the best to practise yoga~? Since I have to go to school in the morning, I'm not sure if I can wake up early enough to fit in 1 hour of yoga! Please Help Me~!!!!! Thanks~
i am having a hard time holding poses or very long to a severe back/neck/nerve injury so i don't have a lot of feeling in my back and neck. Any suggestions. Just keep going at whatever pace i can do? Also have a lot o pain in my knees, and just finding ANY center o balance....used to be very flexible so this is frustrating. (i.e. downward dog is really really hard for me which it didn't used to be...i am 6 ft tall and feel like my body is overly stretched out.
Hey Sadie.. i saw ur videos and was really impressed.. I use to be very skinny b4 bt bcos of reasons in my life i stopped taking care of myself and have suddenly gained 15kgs.. i try to exercise bt bcos i got lazy i dont do anything.. can u pls tell me whether i will lose the fat i have on face by doing this?? thank u
After like 2 minutes, my wrists feel such a throbbing pain from putting so much pressure. Any tips?? And i recently sprained my right and ankle and was told not to do yoga. But, I'm trying to do it with no pressure. Can you make a video for people who can't put pressure on their feet or ankles?
hey sadie ur videos are very helpful , but since im beginner so i have some confusion whether i should go to too mch advanced level and i have to start with beginners steps and i should done it in a step wise manner. if i jump to this then i may harm my muscles.plz give me some idea how to do in home in an easy way. is their beginner steps first plz tell me i will b thankful
@drsnp22 hi sadienardini this is shumaila i want to start yoga for weight loss but i first wnt beginner's step before jumping to the advance level.bcz its difficult for me to do these steps with perfection.should a bachlor girl is easy to these steps without any harm. so plz kindly reply me. tell me the basic steps or any video plz
I've really loved doing these yoga workouts, this one especially, and have seen definite changes in both weight loss and strength gains. Thank you so much Sadie! But recently I've stopped doing the Shakti kicks because of a sacroiliac sprain, but I miss what they do for my body. Any substitution suggestions that accomplish the same thing but are gentler on my spine? Thank you so so much again, this has really helped me!
when u do the lunges or any pose should you suck your stomach in and always keep it there. Ive also heard that keeping your stomach in help you lose weight. Not much but it does something. Thanks!
Hey I have another qustion that maybe you could answer. I have ok lower arms but my upper arms are vry heavy. When i do the yoga poses I want ot build upper body muscle but not so much that you can see a lot of muscles. I basically want my arms to be slim. Will these excercises make my arms slim or really toned. Also lets say that I lose a lot of weight, will my whole body become slim on its own or only the body parts that I did the excercise for? Really hope you can help. Thanks in advance !
i looked into that if you keep your stomach in by pressing your bellybutton in AND up ALL THE TIME (walking cooking sitting standing on the toilet literally ALL your awake time) it can make a big difference when coupled with a bit of cardio and strength training/yoga
Im able to work my muscles & its easy for me to balance during poses .. but y wrists always end up hurting & i cant do the poses long enough. what should i do??? :0}
I just started following these videos, but I am having hard time seeing what you are doing because of the black background and black outfit you are wearing. I wish there were a white curtain on the background. I love the flow. Thanks.
i just realize.... :(( watching yoga...seems to be easy...and u feel like u can do it all....but opposite!! especially...the dog style if u do that for long...MY GOSH....im sweating like a dog..!! if u watch yoga seems to be easy than regular exercise....but its harder and better... im starting to be fan of yoga!!! especially ur lovely steps! all my steps that im using everyday.....are from u! sadie nardini
glad to hear that! ur lovely steps really inspiring me...and i do believe if i continue ur steps :) i'll be sexy :)) i hope so =P
b4...i sleep like 2am-3am......but when i started doing yoga! i can finally sleep early!!! yayyyyy........... and body is starting to formmmm....something really gud :) thnx a lot! i will still continue ur steps...everyday :) thnx a lot again!
Hi sadie.... every time I do downward facing dog I get excruciating pain in my triceps. Is there a revised version? I eat well and I am only 4 pounds overweight..what am I doing wrong?
Is it in your muscles or your shoulder or elbow joints? If it's muscles, you're probably just really working them, so keep going or put your knees down sometimes and arch and curl your spine as an alternative. If your joints are killing, then your alignment's off so I want to hear back from you.
I feel the pain in my muscles (in my triceps) and in my hands. I enjoy feeling the burn but, sometimes its too overwhelming. Putting my knees down does help though, but I didn't know it was allowed. Should I put padding under my hands as well?
Hey--no padding under the hands, you can strain your wrists. And yes, just put the knees down, do cat/cow arches and curls, and your arms will get used to it. Also, breathe a LOT--that can help take down the lactic acid which causes burning. Watch my Yoga Detox Breath video and do that through your whole class till the end. Good luck! You'll get there. Sadie
@sadienardini hi sadienardini this is shumaila i want to start yoga for weight loss but i first wnt beginner's step before jumping to the advance level.bcz its difficult for me to do these steps with perfection.should a bachlor girl is easy to these steps without any harm. so plz kindly reply me. tell me the basic steps or any video plz
@sadienardini I'm feeling pain in my elbows. I'm not sure if it's just that I'm tackling too much yoga at one time, or if I'm just being a crybaby. Either way about 12 hours after I practice I have very stiff elbows that pop and grind a lot.
I can't possibly say, you will be different than anyone else. All you can do is eat well, healthy, and do as much yoga as you can. Then the best possible outcome for you is assured.
Maybe. First off, squeeze your wrists with the opposite hand as if trying to press your hand off the arm bone. This should release any compression you have in your wrists. Do this a lot before, during and after the poses. Then, make sure in your poses, your middle fingers and wrist creases are straight forward, and ALL 10 fingertips stay grounded into the mat. Tendency is to lift the inner palms during transitions which twists the wrists.
You are going to get a lot of bloodflow to the hands. That, plus if your palms are not used to the mat, they will have to toughen up over time. They won't be calloused, but they will get used to it and stop reacting so much. Just keep going, and you might want to ice your hands or dip them in cool water after the practice to help the blood vessels close down. Let me know...Sadie
thank you sadie! i've been doing your sequences for a month now and my hand no longer hurt the way they used to which is awesome!! i can totally feel a difference in my body already!!
sadie,i love your workouts. im trying to loose my pregnancy weight and im 40 pounds heavier. i was sick of feeling sorry for myself now im doing something about it, but the problem is my right shoulder got so tight and sore now it hurts when i do the downward dog.what should i do?
Don't compress into the shoulders--keep pressing through your arms and not sinking the shoulders away from the ears too hard. Also keep the arms and shoulders lifting away from the floor--watch that you're not sinking the shoulder joints towards the floor, lift your navel and front ribs into the body more and use your fingertips. Or, you could place your knees gently down until you lose weight and are lighter in the pose. Let me know! Sadie
sadie, thax for the videos...I am not overweight, but I have tried in years to get my gold weight. The last 6 months I started practicing yoga, and as I am also dancing, I think yoga is the most amazing thing I have found for my body- it healps with building muscles, stretching, dancing, loosing weight, tone...and it makes me so much calmer than I used to be...I have 15 more pounds until the weight I want and your videos have been great help so far, so thanks a lot...I'll try this one too:)
