noches65, that's absolutely untrue. it will not, under any circumstance, make teachers or administrators teach about homosexuality. it simply enforces a rule that when a child is mercilessly called "faggot," a teacher has to step in and say "stop." similarly, if a child who is confined to a wheelchair is being bullied or called "roller derby," the teacher MUST stop the bullying.

would you argue that it "normalizes" disabilities, as well? what about differences in skin color? is that wrong?

all this does is pave the way to normalize homosexuality in schools. nc is turning into california . bullying is wrong but we dont need to classify certain groups as it does in this bill . and yes there is already a statewide antibullying policy
