This is HQ to any available units we have Mechs down at Mat Gamma Bravo Cadet reports four ceptors on sight. Bandits are hostile. Repeat Bandits are Hostile.
@DaNorthernLight No, the "thor' is just the IS name for it along with their own variants on classic Clan designs. The same with the Timber Wolf and Mad Dog and WarHawk and Dire Wolf
@skate4life5555 Even though this is two years late, LRMs are just that: long range missles. You cannot fire them at point blank range because they would not have time to arm themselves, so they would do no more than chip off small chunks of armour or even blow up in their mounts.
This mechwarrior must be lacking some experience or something because he's just unloading a full clip without even stopping. He even starts to shot the wall before his ammo ran out. Crazy man. XD
@starwarsgeek777 definetely, the only game that actually has machine guns as useful weapons is mechwarrior 3 and you need to be point-blank for them to be effective.
@starwarsgeek777 Machine Guns are really quite useful, so long as you've already opened up rents in your enemy's armour that they allow you to cook off the unspent ammo stored inside and instantly slag the 'Mech (and pilot)

True that, there wasn't even a point in ever using machine guns at all unless you took up every weapon slot in your mech with them!

Yeah man that was a way cooler name than Mad Cat. Although they are still called Timber Wolves in the clans.
