Yes what I meant was the remix of this song, on this video, the original song, is crappy compared to the original. Lotus land story version is better than the remix bad apple. Because it was first and it doesn't have some moe singer.

@VocaUtau Marisa not so much. She just has longer hair and wears black, but if you pay attention she has changed very gradually and very little. She even fired a little Master Spark already by Kaikidan and got her attitude already in this game.

And yes, it is old sounding compared to the new version. This is like... 8-bit music here (or at least sounds like it) compared to the fast-paced techno song we have now.

@Skittyism it isn't 8 bit. It's 16 bit, you know. And yeah, the whole program was written in the assembly language fast and almost without any bugs. Isn't that great?

@Skittyism Sorry to reply to an old comment, but "The Landing" by Nobuo Uematsu was also 90s music, and it still sounds amazing today. ZUN was just limited by the technology he was working with here. Not saying that's a problem - he still performed exceptionally despite that, so his PC-98 music also sounds great. This sort of timelessness is the sign of a fantastic composer, as Uematsu and ZUN both are.
