That's the japanese version of iDog happy! I got the 'lovely' version in Toyko, but honestly, the ones they have by Hasbro in North America are more fun. They're a lot more quiet, although they don't have all the pretty colors. Great video!

this is the 'happy' verysion - theres prolly about a dozen versions of idog out there.. last i saw a pink and a pretty cool black one
