If you really want to spice things up you can leave the adds up, and full DPS on her without dispelling Frenzy for the Achievement, its pretty easy on 10 man mode, probaly 25 man to if your DPS is up there.

Naxx was cleared two days after release according to WoWWiki. The guild was a mix of Nihilum and SK Gaming.

They have skill. Plus, with the 2 best guilds in the world combining forces you should've seen it coming.
