different people have different view of what they see.. you don't have to be at anfield to watch the game..Lucas deserved to be in the reserved team but not yet first 11 quality in LFC. To me 70% of the current LFC squad do not deserve to be in LFC first 11. Time to change. Benitez was lucky to have houllier squad to win the championsleague for him.

The fact is lucas as a diabolical downgrade on Alonso has come in (SOLE change from last season) to the most important position on the field the central pivot position, that is MEANT to connect defence and attack, instead he has made us loose, no control of that area (we have LOWER team possession stats this season and opponents get more of the ball, more chances), no composure (we shit bricks in midfield)...no connection
Lucas lack of talent and his hiding has affected the team centrally

When you have someone with zero talent or ability in that crucial midfield position, link between defence & attack, it destroys the team, because firstly theres no one to protect defence & receive the ball off them (ie Alonso who made himself available to Carra all the time) secondly theres no one to spray passes 30-40 yards to assist the attack
