Mine was 15 this year. Sadly heart attack took him away from me two months ago. I miss him much. There's something unique about dachshunds...Take care of her ;)
@SuslawGrzanka I'm so sorry. It's heartbreaking I know :( My parents had a dachshund, Dexter, for 17 years. Dachshunds have such personality. Molly turned 16 in Sept. and is getting a little senile. Oh and she is well taken care of... I take better care of her than I do me. lol
