did you notice that you implied the dominant chord (B7) by using Bm-pentatonic it's pentatonic instead of the Em-Pentatonic in the 4th bar? it gives you an interesting sound (i do that frequently, too) because you get the "2" instead of the minor third in E.

there are a lot of nice pentatonic tricks, you can do. over a major 7 chord you can play a minor pentatonic a semitone below the root, it gives you a nice lydian sound. do you know any other of these "tricks"? would you mind telling me then ;) ? nice playing btw!

Anyway, you always have the option of major or minor pentatonics, in you example we can also look at it as a Major pentatonic a whole step above the root on a Major 7 chord ( ie AMajor7 play G#minor or B Major pentatonic
