  • Tuan, been following your vids for a few years now. They're very motivational. Just wondering, do you use the sumo deadlifts as a warm up to the conventional? Or do you do them as separate exercises? I've been wondering how to work sumo in, but I'm always so dead after conventional deads I don't know when to do them or where to put them in my workout.

What kind of diet did you uphold? And what did you eat the last days before? Lastly what did jumping and power cleans do for the big three lifts? How did they improve?   • @soccerstarr93 you should aim for a 40 20 20 (percentage diet) but if bulking or cutting then alter the percentages. and for powerlifting especially, every body part has to be at its PEAK or the strongest of the strength cycle you did when going so that includes your core shoulders lats tris pecs and legs for bench and back shoulders (very inderictly) Core Hamstrings Quads and

  • @ilikemoney8 more stablizers muscles are required to balance it when its farther away and therefore increases the intensity of the work out. if you noticed how close his hands were together, that is how this can help.  by doing normal grip benches for chest. it doesn't have much more of an effect. it works better for close grip bench

I've started to work out cuz of bullying for being fat. When I was 15 my weight was 87kg now its 75-80 any ways Today those who bullied me and even 30-40 years friends of my stepfather are jealous and telling me that I won't be able to get a thing with it, that I should start before.. & that brings me down, so I understand your pain.

My mother smokes and never works out and she gets annoyed every time i make a meal... But just ignore the haters and let their bodies slowly die :)
