@soccerstarr93 you should aim for a 40 20 20 (percentage diet) but if bulking or cutting then alter the percentages. and for powerlifting especially, every body part has to be at its PEAK or the strongest of the strength cycle you did when going so that includes your core shoulders lats tris pecs and legs for bench and back shoulders (very inderictly) Core Hamstrings Quads and

I've started to work out cuz of bullying for being fat. When I was 15 my weight was 87kg now its 75-80 any ways Today those who bullied me and even 30-40 years friends of my stepfather are jealous and telling me that I won't be able to get a thing with it, that I should start before.. & that brings me down, so I understand your pain.
