this loses the effects my friends. when you convert the delicate waves to mp4, mp3 or wma for windows player it alters the wave pattern. is better if u keep it on the cd and listen directly into it.

or another tip when you buy the cd exmine it and find out the kind of sound format it is so you can rip it in the same format. this video is a demo and is half good. when i tried the demo is awesome but when u try the real cd's is like you are flying off your mind. im no near holosync related.

I was doing this program a few years back and had the most most amazing Out of body experiences. In the best one I became water flowing down a river yet unlike a dream I had full perceptions including kinesthetic and visio, the only sad thing about it is that after that experience I was not longer able to leave my body with hemisync

The genuine holosync cd I purchased came with both .wav and mp3 versions. So it seems mp3 compression does not spoil the effect.

Have to agree with AgentGustavo here. This will bring in superficial results. Meditation is a process involving discipline and so on. For real changes at molecular level, it needs to practiced daily, without electronic aids. Needless to say, for those who are lazy and want quick instant results, it will bring your BP down, if stressed!! But no noticeable lasting results, and little healing.

Holosync makes meditation easier but the results are not as good as regular meditation because you are not getting involved in the process as much as with regular meditation.

In the other hand if you are average and lazy this is better than nothing. You can even feel the results right away even with this sample.

However beware that your results will also be average if you take this route. Unless of course you think and convince yourself otherwise.

Just download Holosync for free from a torrent site like isohunt or demonoid..

@Cypher25z Be careful doing that because starting at level 1 you can add your own subliminal messages to the tracks so these torrents could have messages encoded into them that you may not want in your head . Imagine listening to a track with a subliminal message "I am the most beautiful women and men find me sexy" ..great if your a woman lol

I just would trust a torrent site as people could manipulate the track just to be devious..very risky thing imo.

holosync is effective i've no doubt just from the free demo cd i got but to go thru the whole program is very expensive............mp3 downloads may be cheaper but will the lower sound quality make a big difference ?

do not listen to .mp3 tracks because its compressed thus you loose the binaural beats..they need to be in .wav format or any format that does not compress them.

This program does work..I'm bipolar and i use this along with a vitamin therapy..been med free for 10 years now :)

@MrJuggy2009 I'm not sure what format the up-loader of this video used but I know for sure it has to be uncompressed (centerpointe recommends .wav) to allow the binaural beats to work and also you must listen with headphones otherwise it is just typical sound, though relaxing etc it wont be making the changes within that the binaural beats will. Ive used it for a while now and i can tell you it really is amazing..something you have to experience to understand. don't listen to all the nay sayers.

I own the first level program... I don't use it enough but DO find it beneficial. But yes they do send quite a lot of sales letters thru the mail which I find a bit off putting at times.
