I never thought that terrans could have "superior firepower," as described by Tychus Findlay; the protoss always seemed to have the most powerful units. but the terrans do have Thor's 250 mm cannons, battlecruisers yamato cannons, siege tanks, and nuclear weapons.

If you dont want to take risks then use the true power of Terran. If you face with protoss just focus on MMM, marines,maraduers and Medivacs. If the enemy is making voids just then focus marines, if they make colosuss immos then focus on Maraduers and some vikings for Colossi. For the zerg make some army for the defend but in middle quickly focus THORS and assist with them marines, maraduers. OF course don't forget the upgrades of the your main units of the army!. That is the Terran Power.

My Overview:

The Protoss have the highest quality units but are very slow to get them out while the Zerg have sheer numbers and adaptability but have the lowest quality units. The Terrans are a blend of the two; they can fulfill multiple roles quite easily and can hold out long enough to build up their forces while the enemy takes significant damage, but they are not as durable as the Protoss or as adaptable as the Zerg. However this makes them incredibly flexible and difficult to beat.
