We needed to rescue those hostages by any means necessary, and I'm glad we got them home, but I'd much rather have seen lives spared and an acknowledgment that there are things we can do collectively to make life more hopeful in Somalia, so pirating will seem a whole lot less tempting - I'd prefer that kind of rhetoric than, "go to sleep, bad guys."

@TheHunter14792, US Military forces in Somalia are precipitating in Operation Endure Freedom - Horn of Africa and working on behalf of NATO, which Denmark is apart off. So technically it is NATO's job and the US has the strongest NATO force in the Horn Africa so why not send in a military force which can pull off an operation like this?
Either way, this is US business, deal with it.
