thats just dumb because although he's pressing with the non-injured side he is still stressing the injured side because the body has to use both sides to stabilize. He is better off just resting until his bicep is fully healed.

@MMAengland actuallu uni laterally movements have a carry over and his other side would catch up VERY quickly
