  • you can really tell who actually knows about star trek and who has no idea

  • 0:37/0:38 - Don't think Frankie found Frank Skinner's joke very funny. . . haha

  • Vagina, where Sulu's never gone before.

  • scotch egg

  • @FokadeTheGoat Was that joke suppose to be so unfunny it was funny? : S

  • @Android18uk Of course.

  • @FokadeTheGoat Right. Probably wouldn't have worked if a woman had said it though.

  • how come frankie didn't make a kerry katona joke?

  • I love how Frankie cringes in disgust and confusion at Frank Skinner's bad joke.

  • Can people please stop voting up spoilers...

  • ahaha Frankie Boyle's face at Frank Skinners terrible joke! 0:36

  • Is Frank Skinner the least funny person in history?

  • @iansocawarrior

No, I can assure you he isn't

  • Captain's log: Just seen some aliens, OMG WTF LOL :-)

  • @waffles4gir whoose line is funny, but these guys are just as funny.

  • @waffles4gir American's have a strange sense of humor, they find the weirdest things funny

  • 0:36 Frankie was really unimpressed with Frank Skinner's tax disc joke.

  • i didnt laugh once, i guess you have to be a trekkie...

  • @irishdan2007 im not a trekkie and I laughed, im so so so easy to make laugh though

  • wow you sad people.... all this over a FUCKING joke.... retards.

  • Dear everyone who thinks I'm wrong. Maybe it's not in reference to the 9th doctor, which I think it is because star trek and dr who are both popular science fiction shows and it makes a hell of a lot more sense to reference that during this bit than someone who covorted with nazi themed dominatricies, plus the tone of the Dalek voice is slightly germanic. @KATEisFAB none of the hostility is toward you, but I watch too much Doctor Who as it is.

I strongly agree to disagree. Fair enough?

  • EVERYONE: The SS were a German Nazi organization. He was doing a German accent when he made the SS Enterprise joke. Yes, he said the name Eccleston, and NO that does not mean it's related to Doctor Who. Learn some history, people.

  • THE RETURN OF TATTYBOJANGLES!

  • @Prawntoastyum @motherflange

What can you expect? It was a 'joke' by unfunny 'comedian' Frank Skinner.

The man does not deserve air time on television, let alone an appearance on MTW.

  • Gina; after the LOL joke; NEVER COME BACK ON MOCK THE WEEK!

  • Captains Log...Stargate...43.26.299.......Most of crew preoccupied with Robot Wars (BBC2)...I myself am enjoying an extended wank.....Very quiet Sunday......*Over*.

  • Russells scotch egg joke was actually well thought out. It hasnt got a funny punchline per'se, nor does it satire a specific event or person in real life. Just imagine in 300 years from now a man in the middle of space having a Scotch egg. Highly unlikely right? Thats what the punchline is. However the joke does lose humour because it would have suited the topic "Unlikely things to hear" better than "deleted lines". Also the Holodeck in Star Trek would mean Scotch eggs could be easy to get too.

  • @Ashbigbear Well the matter replicator does any and all foods, so yeah.

  • Comment removed

  • dennis+howard+boyle+skinner = laughter

  • A glare of disapproval from Frankie @0:37...

  • @motherflange I was just about to say that too! Frankie does not approve.

  • Warning! People making shitty jokes below!

  • @ConnorDGriffin & @BillHartnelliscool27 & @clumsyone92 The "Welcome Mr Eccleston" line isn't a Doctor Who reference, it's a reference to the Formula 1 tycoon Bernie Ecclestone's rumoured associations with neo-Nazis.

  • @rtozier2011 I knew that, hence my confusion at "BillHartnelliscool27" 's comment.

  • @rtozier2011 awwwwwwww you bursted my bubble.... :'(

  • How about: "No, for the last time, this ISN'T the one with Yoda in it."

    yes!!!

  • @clumsyone92 i don't get it :(

  • @Zookei Christopher Eccleston? Doctor Who?

  • @Atreyu11385 Don't watch doctor who lol

  • @clumsyone92 German.

  • @clumsyone92 we are rising!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @clumsyone92 WHY?

  • @clumsyone92 I think it was supposed to be German. The Daleks ain't in Star Trek.

    - MB

  • @MichealBerreta I'm sure he was doing a Dalek accent, I know the Daleks aren't in star trek, Im not stupid. That was the joke was making. It was a Dalek voice, greeting Eccleston (the 9th Doctor) on the Enterprize. That's why it's funny. Get it.

  • @clumsyone92 You're wrong. It's Hugh's attempt at a GERMAN accent and the person being referenced is BERNIE Ecclestone, a big figure in British motor racing who had recently been found cavorting with dominatrices dressed as Nazis. That's why it's funny. Get. It.

  • @leaguesmanoframsgate that wasnt Ecclestone, it was supposedly Max Mosley

  • @MadGodMachinations Then Hugh probably fluffed the line but since the audience laughed we can assume the same mistake was made by them.

  • @clumsyone92 This definitely shouldn't be top rated...wrong Eccleston, love. He was doing a German accent, not a Dalek voice, and if you think that sounds even remotely like a Dalek, you should watch more Doctor Who.

  • the black girl's joke make me cringe

  • sorry it was me who eat the scotch egg... but it was yummy :)

  • WTF is wrong with people, i come on here to watch some frankie boyle and all i see in the comments is a bunch of twats arguing.

  • May the Force be with you...wait, wrong franchise...

  • Awww, there's no 'Deleted Lines from Star Wars'.

  • All right! Which one of you ATE MY SCOTCH EGG?????!!!!

Hahahahahahahahaha I can't get enough of this porgramme! XD

    xXx

  • You found the Scotch egg joke FUNNY???

  • @englishguy2010 Hell yeah! XD xXx

  • ........because you fancy Russell Howard and would laugh at him even if he burnt down your house?

  • @englishguy2010 OK, I admit I fancy Russell Howard, but I also find him really funny. However, if he burnt my house down, he wouldn't be left with any arms to start any more fires. XD xXx

  • That man only appeals to girls lol. If you found his scotch egg joke funny, his slightly better jokes must floor you!!! Even the audience didn't laugh at it until they felt they had to lol

  • @englishguy2010 Well, he does have an appeal with the gay community too. It's weird, cos you've never met me, and yet you know me so well! His good jokes DO floor me! XD xXx

  • Rumour has it that he's also popular amongst the cross eyed and childish communities too =)

  • @englishguy2010 What can I say? I may not be cross eyed, but I can be childish. :P xXx

  • Russell Howard is both :P

  • @englishguy2010 Yup! :P xXx

  • Warning! To avoid a headache please refrain from looking at all the spam filled comments below

  • @Accisma Again, you demonstrate your immaturity. I am not saying my views are any more valid than yours. I am trying to suggest my views in opposition to yours...you are the one attempting to put down my views as irrelevant through little more than childish insults.

  • @Accisma society is going in the right direction, doesn't it?

And I would like to address your final comment. Yes I play Warhammer, amongst many other games; I enjoy the strategy aspect of the game itself. I fail to see what relevance this has to the current topic, other than an attempt to make yourself feel bigger. The personal attacks, as I have mentioned, were uncalled for and rather immature. You say I'm a "Child" when, in fact, you are the one acting their shoe size rather than their age.

  • @ninjabreadman1993r Fuck off spamming the comments with your whiny drivel.

  • @Phlegasus Dude. It ended a while ago. You don't want to see my "Whiny drivel" don't read it. Don't start it up again because you have to be the "big wo/man".

  • @Accisma ..recently gotten to the point where they are allowed to progress far in business. I agree that there is still a little more work to be done, but that is just about removing peoples preconceptions, which are stereotypically held by the older generations...and they won't be around much longer. The bottom line is, men have had more time to get to a wealthy position, and to get practice. The fact that there are more wealthy businesswomen now than twenty years ago surely shows that...

  • @Accisma authority of the police force and make punishments harsher. What I was talking about Was day-to-day life, legal issues, workplaces, etc. I do not think that the majority should be judged by what the scum at the bottom do.

And yes, there may be fewer wealthy women at the top, but with all of the laws in place to prevent discrimination, do you honestly believe that people are stopping women from getting wealthy? Have you thought it may just be coincidence? I mean, women have only...

  • @Accisma ...accused of being unequal in terms of females and males based on what the criminals do? As far as I am concerned, criminals have forfeited their right to be counted in society at all. I am well aware of crime rates and the lack of any real control over criminals...but that is why they are called criminals. They are already breaking the law. What *I* meant was legally- LEGALLY- men and women are pretty much equal. There's not really much we can do about that other than increase the...

  • @Accisma ...crime side of things, again, there is A) not really anything you can do legally, and also you hear less about female crimes because, stereotypically, males are more aggressive. I accept that. But the people who murder women are unlikely to really be that stable a person anyway, and actually I was talking about in the side of society that doesn't commit felonies. I mean, sure you can say that they are unequal because of crime rates, but do you think that all of society should be...

  • @Accisma ...of a better word, a little insane, particularly over in America- not saying that females are insane, I'm saying that the nutty ones are more noticeable because they are in the minority- people are less willing to elect females. Although that is an issue that has to be addressed, you cannot do that legally. You have to try and cut down on the general crazy that seems to get elected in democracies. At least tyranny's have an excuse when a fruitcake takes charge...

    Anyway, on the...

  • @Accisma ...the rest get less of a look in, because people still have a slight stigma about it. For instance, Margaret Thatcher has a bad reputation. Not saying she was a good or bad PM, but she does have a bad reputation. The big song and dance about her being the first female PM probably didn't do much to help the standards that were instantly set for her, if I'm honest, but back to the point; Because Thatcher is unpopular, because there are a few other female politicians who are, for lack...

  • @Accisma That was not necessary. Any point you may have is lost once you resort to childish insults. Why can't you just be mature and present an argument without personal attacks? You have just demonstrated how immature you are in failing to at least keep up a decent level of manners.

Fine. Only a minority of women are MP's...but I doubt that is due to sexism on the side of the majority. It may be that there are just fewer female politicians. It may be that a few bad female MP's mean that...

  • @Accisma What's so funny?

  • @annabelSPNlover i am not trying to offend anyone here, there are women who make me laugh like a mad man on coke, but just accept that female comedians aren't that funny

  • @2MrAwsome Yes, I can accept that. And some male comedians are terrible as well. It's not a gender thing, as everyone seems to be saying, it's the PERSON MAKING THE JOKE. Obviously.

  • 1:06 WINS. EVERYTHING.

  • @punkmetal11 I enjoyed it :(

  • @punkmetal11 I loled :'(

  • 33 people are the f***ing worm people

  • Captain's log: Just seen some aliens OMG WTF LOL :D

  • I can't even say the last one... I break out laughing before I cn say "fucking worm peopl!e"

  • is it just me or do female commedians just suck

  • @2MrAwsome No, it isn't just you. There's no biological reason for it, but it seems to be the rule that women comedians are just shite. I know plenty of women who are hilarious, but female comedians? Crap.

  • @ninjabreadman1993r Pure crap.

  • @annabelSPNlover You may think so, but I don't. It's an opinion. I personally don't find female comedians funny...their routines are all the same. Every single one I've watched has had the same material; pregnancy, periods, men suck and, if they're overweight, that they're fat. They just bore me now. Again, that's an opinion. You may think that they're brilliant. But I think that it's possible that you're just saying that its pure crap because you're of the ilk that loves crying "Sexist!" :D

  • @ninjabreadman1993r Male comedians follow the same pattern. Genitals, women, sex, and gay jokes is all they talk about for the most part. Then, BOTH genders crack jokes from nowhere, proving that there IS no stereotype really, just biased opinions from certain viewers. I get defensive when stuff like 'it seems to be the rule that women comedians are just shite' is said, because it's unwarranted and presumptuous, not to mention completely untrue.

  • @annabelSPNlover It isn't untrue. I said that there is no reason for it and that I have plenty of female friends who are funny as all hell- who agree with me, weirdly- but from what I've seen, there are almost no consistently funny female comedians. Can you watch any Mock The Week round with a woman in it and honestly say "She was just as funny as the males"? Maybe you can. But I, personally, can't. I agree that there are crap males, but there seems to be a much greater proportion of bad...

  • @annabelSPNlover ...females than males, compared to the overall number, who are "Mainstream". I am not "Bias" and I resent the implication. I love stand up comedy, and comedy in general, and if a female comes on and says stuff that makes me laugh, I'll laugh. I don't care that they are female. All I want to do is bloody well laugh. It so happens that those females on comedy shows don't make me laugh. Of course males have their material, but they have material *around* that material...

  • @annabelSPNlover ...Take, for instance, Michael MacIntyre. I have not once heard him crack a joke that is unique to males. It may be that I don't remember, or that I didn't see a particular show, but I cannot remember when he has done a sexual joke that couldn't be done by a woman. A lot of his material is unisex. Same with Jack Dee, Dara O'Brian, Frankie Boyle, Frank Skinner, Jeff Dunham and Reginald D Hunter. Most women comedians have the same material, delivered in a similar way...

  • @annabelSPNlover ...and it gets boring. Even the female comedian you cited earlier isn't that amusing to me...I think that it's just because she's in a successful show along other comedians who make her look funny. I may be wrong...I haven't seen much of her stand up, but the parts I have seen have bored me. But I am not prejudice...I am all for equal rights, and if a female comedian who is any good actually shows up, I will support her whole-heartedly. Until then, I will maintain that...

  • @annabelSPNlover ...the majority of female comedians are not as good as their male counterparts. There is a reason why there are so few female comedians, after all. So from my stand-point, the comment is not presumptuous or unwarranted; it is an observation made on the basis of personal opinion. I mean, it isn't like I said that "All women are shit at being funny". I said that "Women comedians are, as a rule, shite". As I said; there is no biological reason for it, but it seems to be the case.

  • @ninjabreadman1993r You have too much time on your hands. Fine; you have an opinion, just don't waste others' time by justifying it poorly from whatever obviously male-central comedy you've seen. And stop trying to dispel Miranda's success by saying it's on account of her supporting cast; you just cannot admit there might actually be a good FEMALE comedian.

  • @annabelSPNlover You see, now I've just lost all interest in what you have to say. That comment right there just proved how little attention you have paid to what I have been saying, and how unwilling you are to accept that maybe someone can have an opinion and not be sexist. Try reading my comments before putting words in my mouth. This just reinforces my comment from earlier; you just want an excuse to cry sexist...try actually listening to someone instead of looking for an excuse to bitch.

  • @ninjabreadman1993r Well keep looking, I'm dying to read another 50000 word essay on why you don't like something. Why don't you TRY to be a little less conceited? Good luck on spitting insults at everyone who contradicts you, I'm sure it'll work out great.

  • @annabelSPNlover Ah, you have to love the sweet, sweet sound of hypocrisy.

  • @ninjabreadman1993r Man, I just wanted to watch funny clips! We are in an age where SEEMINGLY sexist comments are taken seriously, how did you expect me to react? Women and men are capable of the same things speaking in terms of jobs, though each gender may have strengths in different areas. Comedy however, is a neutral zone where every individual has their own style good or bad, some men are terrible, some women are great. And vice versa. Don't knock a whole gender because of one example. :-)

  • @annabelSPNlover I expected you to react in a rational, non-aggressive way. If you actually read my comments, I actually say "There is no reason for it, and I know several women who are much funnier than many of my male friends, but the female *comedians* that I have seen are, as a rule, crap". That is what I said. You are the one attempting to turn this on its head and trying to make ME seem like I'm slamming a whole gender. Please read my comments before replying. Thank you.

  • @annabelSPNlover You claim that I have justified my opinion poorly. I actually think that I have explained it rather extensively, using real life examples, anecdotal evidence and clarifications to make my point clear. You have just responded with insults and flames. So who is really justifying their opinion poorly here? If you paid attention, you would know that I am more than willing to believe that there is a good female comedian out there, it's just that I don't believe I've seen them yet.

  • @annabelSPNlover I mean, really...re-read the comments that each of us have made. I have never slammed the whole gender, presenting opinions based on my observations. You have been the one who has attempted to put words in my mouth and who has reacted aggressively whenever I have said anything that you have decided to blow out of all proportion. You are correct; anything that could be mildly construed as sexist is made a big deal of, and that is WRONG. How can females ever expect equality when..

  • @annabelSPNlover ...they react so negatively to comments that most men would just shrug off? If you react in a way that marks you as different, you have to expect to be treated differently. I think that women have equality right now. You have advantages in some areas, and we have advantages in others. We have equality. Forgive me, but I do think that many feminists are actually campaigning for supremacy; they want men to give up all of our advantages, but they don't want to reciprocate.

  • @2MrAwsome The pretty one's can suck as much as they want.......oooer

  • @2MrAwsome Well that's not sexist at all. What are you from, the Middle Ages? Just because you haven't SEEN many funny comediennes doesn't mean there aren't any. What about Miranda Hart, she won People's Choice Awrd for Best King or Queen of Comedy in the BCA's this year, and her show's brilliant. Try to be more 21st century, please.

  • @annabelSPNlover But it seems to me that, whilst I am perfectly willing to say "You know what, I might not find them funny, but if you do, fair enough," you seem very determined to accuse us of being sexist and of being from the "Middle Ages" just because we don't find many female comedians funny. That's hardly tolerant of our opinions, is it? You're offended by the remarks? Fine. As a Comedian once said, "Be Offended. Nothing happens! ...I get offended when I see boy bands for gods sake!" :D

  • @DropTheLeashUK

He has a lazy eye u disrespectful cunt

  • to be fair that was a really shit crowd, i laughed quite hard at all the jokes

  • after the scotch egg joke people laughed not because of Russell but because Frankie was up next, just based on that you could clearly tell what a true comedian is...

  • Look at frankie boyles reaction to frank skinners joke at 0:37.

  • ....I don't get the "scotch egg" joke, but the awkward silence was funny. =D

  • 'what's wrong? i'm a serious shakespearean actor, and i'm talking to the ambassador of the fucking worm people!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

  • captains log: just seen some aliens omg wtf lol :)

  • how about, instead of wasting time arguing on youtube, we all just accept that mock the week is incredible and some people appreciate it in different ways than others?

  • @me4evaful no no that requires too many braincells, never gonna work

  • @CorvusCorone68

i agree. sometimes i wonder if humans will ever come to favour and dictate thier lives by knowledge and cold hard fact like me or remain foolish and stupid and allow themselves to be constantly ruled by their emotions
