These were meant to be separate, but due to a mishap in the embryo, they were conjoined. I do agree the the upright arowana seems to be dominant/stronger, and I feel for the "submissive" lower one that's upside down. Perhaps feed the lower one, I'm assuming they have separate stomachs. I don't know if they could be separated, maybe an x-ray could be done. What is the update on this fish? Hope it lived a full/long life.

its just a fish and how it was born the breeder was treated with poor quality food or it had sufferd from a disease in the water that it lived in due to algae or some bacteria its not n o type of rare fish its just a fish that had anothor fish that wasent treated well
