Modern cars (at least the German ones I work on) have electric water pumps that run after shut off to circulate coolant through the turbo(s) to cool them. Turbo timers are obsolete... Ill give them 7 to 10 more years before they"re extinct.
we have that ReVGT... the dealer said, the car doesnt need a turbo timer... but i dont believe her... coz once the car has a turbo charger, you will take time to cool it off before turning it off... and i read the manual that extended driving or high RPMs make the turbo heated up.... thank you for uploading this
