The injection looks worse than it actually is. You feel a small scratch, and after 10-15 mins, it starts to ache. But thats nothing you cant stop, just take some pain relief etc.

The vaccine is actually only for 4 types of HPV (out of over 100 strains + variables) two of the 4 "can" lead to cancer but are strains that are cleared up within a 2 year period the majority of the time. It annoys me when people are saying stuff like "it didnt hurt one bit, dunno what the big problem is and all that!" because you cant say that! It totally depends on the nurse! Sometimes after you can punch someone's arm once they got the jab and it won't hurt a bit! But other people, you can prod them and it's puts them in SO much pain..! (btw I know i garbage on a bit!)

hehe the music is so funny...i havnt had the jab but i might get ill if i do becaus emy imune system has attacked itself before and i had 7 years of injuections and medicine before that cleared up at the begining of this year so im not putting anything in my which might effect my imune system... =)

Oh .and darkstar0709 maybe you should get your facts right girls dont have the injection because they're sluts they have to help protect them from cervical cancer and it doesnt make you immune to cancer the first time you get it you have to go back for 2 more injections to boost the vaccine. (:

The media aren't covering the story of the other girls that were affected. As of yesterday, they've dropped the story like a hot potato in favour of 'She had a tumor, she would have died anyway, total coincidence, nothing to worry about'. It's a blatent cover-up.

Do these women know they can prevent cervical cancer by not having unprotected sex with multiple partners? hmm guess thats too hard for these sluts to do. This jab does not make you immune to cervical cancer, if that were true dont you think they would have jabs for other cancers? all it does is help fight against some strains of hpv.

People why are you commenting on this in a bad way, the more girls that have this the fewer will be affected. Yes it may hurt for a little while but believe me on this the pain of loosing a loved one is far greater than the pain of the jab.

Heyy, i had my needle today, seriously i have a massive phobia of needles and this one didnt hurt at all its a tiny little prick and then your arm stings a bit but apart from that its nothing to worry about.

i had mine this morning and it's fine it stings a bit when the needle goes in and its like a muscle pain in your arm for a while after but its ok and the nurses are really nice and made mi friend who was scared laugh while it went in

just to say tht im a guy but i know the things tht happen. u get moody for a litte bit afterwards. but it is nothing to worry about it doesnt hurt. it only hurts in the foot tho because tht part of the body has a lot of pain receptors and so do the fingers. the feet and the hands are the most sensitive parts of the body :) my gf due to hav hers soon i hope she feels ok bout it.

oh my bloody god! i had mine yesterday. i cried from 8 20 am to 10 am. my injection was at like 10 20 and my friend flora held my hand and it was ok actually. you know how when you walk into a door frame, and the lock on the door scratches your arm? well thats how it feels the next day. i dont know why i worried so much. it was fine!!
