I would love to see a revision of the second season of Baywatch Nights. Give the creation team their credit but I do like the ideal of some group of people working for a secret group of people who are into the parnomal. Just create new charcther just like V did.

@donmccullen I don't think Baywatch Nights owns the creative rights for such a show. They were consciously emulating the X-files, which was at its peak around this time. There are numerous shows now dealing with detectives and the paranormal and secret groups, such as Fringe, Warehouse 13, Supernatural to name a few off the top of my head.

@Saskayz You can probably get the boxset on ebay for peanuts, but im sure the eps are probably downloadable somewhere, maybe Itunes. Bear in mind the DVDs were only released in Germany.

this is aimed at people who have bought the dvd of baywatch nights, have u ever had any problems where on certain discs in the set episode 3 freezes, because i bought brand new sets from ebay and keep having this problem

@daleburrell56 Hey Dave yes I have. There are a couple of episodes that I couldn't watch properly maybe 3. I couldn't get the end of the female mutant episode on the first disc by memory. It froze just after the Hoff finds her in the tunnel with the army guys. Was pissed cos it was an enjoyable one, but I dont know how it ended.

@LeslieGrufford thanks for that, it must be the manufacturers then, they seem to work fine in my dvd recorder but in any other player they freeze, seems to be disc 1 and 5 on the first season and disc 1 and 3 on season 2

Aaaaahahahaha WOW. And I thought the first season's intro was bad!

The main thing about this one that is so beyond ridiculous is the fact that the whole thing looks like it was shot with props from a Ripley's Believe or Not! attraction. Like the taxidermied wolf's head. Really, did that have anything to do with an episode? And with David Hasselhoff lurking in the fog I was expecting at least a crystal ball to be in his hands at the end. Would've been perfect.

I bought the DVD from Germany (just turn off the german dub and you get the original dialogue).

The season was mixed. There are a small handful of really great episodes. A lot of mediocre ones, and a few truly terrible ones.

All in all a recommended season of Baywatch. Mitch becomes possessed by evil forces at one point and Stephanie's ghost appears and they tie up loose ends. Edward Mulhare from Knight Rider cameos in one too.

It is surreal tho, but canon.
