I never had pineapple on a McDonald's burger (did they even sell this in America?), but a few months ago I had a burger from Carl's Jr. that had pineapple on it, and it was pretty good. It didn't have ketchup and stuff on it though, not sure I'd like that, it had a teriyaki sauce. I can't imagine ketchup and pineapple going together.

McDonalds made the Hula Burger so they could eat at McDonalds on Fridays. It was unsuccessful and the Fish Filet was made shortly after that which they could eat. The Hula Burger was grilled Pineapple on a bun. No meat. A classic product flop.
