Hello Martin, Don't forget to mention Debt Relief Orders. Cheaper than bankruptcy only £90! Writes you debts off after 12 months. If you have debts below £15,000, assets below £300, car valued less than £1000 and no more than £50 left over each month after essential spending. The whole process is done online at most Citizens Advice Bureau's.
hey, anyone want to buy a company i made for £15,000? i make about £100 per day (thats £36,000 per year) and i only work 2 hours per day. i work from home and send emails on ebay to customers. thats all i do. if ur interested email me for more details
Don't neglect DROs Martin! Yes you have to go through the Insolvency Service to get one, but they look better than going bankrupt or even slowly repaying debts. They stop creditors from collecting money immediately and can last for a few years - meaning you have the time to get back on your feet. Useful if you're temporarily unemployed but can afford to pay back if you WERE employed.
Best advice i ever had. thanks ever so much.
