BEAUTIFUL interpretation of this song, and the best I've yet seen /heard by a woman. Agree with previous poster that I hear elements of Janis /Billie Holliday, and I would submit that Melissa Etheridge is also in that mix. The *only* thing I would change is to lose the country-ish twang, if at all possible. I'm not a country hater, but I just don't think it's appropriate for the song. JMHO
