I don't know, no signs either way. THere are whoops and I say 4x4 trucks there from time to time. I did not ride there last year, so my 2 mile course probably needs some clearing. Parking is in the rec area which leaves you pretty exposed. I just ride in. It is best if you have a daul sport and go in one direction and go out the other.
No environmental police go there, it does not seem like a place you can ride at. I suggest you scope it out for yourself on foot and call the police. That is what I did. The police said they would boot me if some one complained (ie loud bike), but would not confiscate the bike.
