I grew up in Brooklyn. Sometimes in clubs or bars you'd see guys like this. Dressed well. LOTS of nonverbal body language and gestures that you never really understand but you KNOW means something. Something you don't really want get in the middle of. Serious things were being discussed with only the eyes.
