I used an audio subliminal message thing once to help me be more positive and I think it kinda worked. Of course I was seriously in doubt that it would have any effect on me whatsoever but I really did begin to have a more positive outlook after a week or so of listening to it each night while I fell asleep. Its probably not for everyone though, I wouldn't encourage people to buy them but it seemed like the easiest & fastest choice for me at the time. Good luck to anyone else who tries.
@homm87 hmmm I can't be 100% on that but maybe you're right. Although it did tell me it was a subliminal CD it probably just worked as a hypnosis type thing. Either way it definitely helped.
@homm87 Oh & on the one I used you couldn't hear what the voices in the background of the music were saying, it was just slight whispering. Apparently only your subconscious mind picks up on it...
