This is in northern xinjiang, there are not too many uygur living there. For example, Altay city, 60% people are Kazakh, only 2% r uygur. In urumqi, most people are Han, only less than 20% r uygur. If u wanna see uygur, go to southern xinjiang, like Kashgar, Aksu, or Hotan.
