  • thats the coolest way i ever seen ...this man is smart....bright future!!!!

  • Check out my channel for awesome bass fishing and tackle videos

  • would probably work just like the new Joker from Quantum

  • サステキクローいいですよね

  • can you make a video on using this craw please.... cause i just got a few from tacklewarehouse...

  • These look sick as hell. I live in an area where the grass is really matted and really harm to poke through. I usually fish Texas rigged but I wind up with a lot of grass between the sinker and line. I'm going to try this technique this season but Lee's only seems to have 1 1/4 oz and 1 1/2 oz weights. Hope they get more and Tackle Warehouse doesn't have them on their website.

  • Its japanese and the "u" isnt pronounced. its correctly pronounced "sasteki"

  • how do u hook up with the hook backwards?

  • what are name of the lead weights? i might have missed it.. thanks

  • @gewglesux Zappu, they can be hard to find. You might have to go to Lees Global Tackle's website to order them. That's where I got mine

  • @j0j0barz33

    Thanks i'll look into them!

  • thanks for the tip! i like this idea of bringinh the hook up to secure the weight! welldone!

  • dude if your looking for a deadly punch set up try a bobber stop with a 1 ounce or 1 1/2 ounce bullet sinker with a paychecks bait punchskirt with a paycheck punch hoook and a reaction innovations sweet beaver!deadly setup

  • i would never spend the money to buy trokar hooks. Gamakatsu makes all of the hooks I need and they stay sharp for a looong time.

  • It's a nice alternative way to rig a crawfish. I suppose it can make it look more like a crawfish specifically, because it "crawls" forward. However, I think I would probably hook it the normal way most of the time (so it swims backward, the way crawfish normally swim, especially when in danger) but it's another option to have, so that's cool. All in all, nice video. Thumbs up everyone!

  • Were did you find those weights?

  • These rigs work great

  • barbless hook?

  • thank ya for showing this rig

  • nice video! but can you make others like this guiding people like me to lern like can you do this rig on a tub ect? maybe even this one too message me back on my home wall thing. Thanks

  • Great idea man, worked out good for me!

  • i live like 10 minutes from lees tackle. have you been to busse lakes?

  • @goatkiller68 i fished busse lake couple times and had horrible luck. maybe i went on a wrong day. i'd been having alot of success at beck lake with the zappy p.d chopper on an ammonite shad

  • hows the action on that? I'm picturing the craw looking clumsy and strange, but do the appendages float?? Really great rig tho, I love seeing new setups - I'm gonna give those weights a whirl

  • GREAT VIDEO!!!

  • Cool video and all, but you suggest some expensive tackle. This technique can be achieved for a lot less money.

  • When You Cast It , You Retrieve The Line Fast Or Slow?

  • i did this with a circle hook and a powerbait chigger craw, will the circle hook still work for this set up?

  • tro kars are a waste of money dude

  • those bullet weight is expansive. 2 of them for 8.99, i'll be heart broken if i lose it on the water.

  • DANG YOU GET YOUR BASSMASTER MAGAZINE QUICK...I JUST GOT THT ARTICLE TUESDAY!

  • Hey. Was wondering if you knew any cheap baitcasters that are good for flipping and pitching into cover. Thanks!

  • everytime i watch ur vids it freezes at the same points, but its not my connection because i watch other vids all the time and never have the problem, but i still watch ur vids they rock

  • Sweet vid

  • Hey man love your videos and im starting to do them now just wondering if I can have a shout out in Ur next video to get some views thanks and keep up good work

  • @fishingdaybyday you should have just written that on a piece of cardboard, taken a pic of yourself holding it, end the message with 'god bless' and post it

  • crawfish dont swim forward

  • @TopAZangler They do walk forward though. And half the time bass think its a bluegill, baitfish, or insect in the weeds

  • @j0j0barz33 i dont have areas with heavy weeds so i wouldnt know good video though

  • @TopAZangler Then use a 3/8 zappu they make different sizes

  • @j0j0barz33 what?

  • @TopAZangler what size hook are you using on that? looks like a 4/0......have you been getting alot of success with the hook up rates? i use a owners twist lock 4/0 and its perfect for it but every hookset i make.........nada ( -_-. )

  • @TopAZangler i use it around rocks or trees in open water...works awesome...jackell cover craw is just the best...only problem..they cant hold up to the blue gill nibbles..

  • @j0j0barz33 not to be grammer police, but its pronounced sasteki ... not sasUteki... the u is silent ;)

  • @j0j0barz33 how bout fishing in weeds so severe that the attach on to anything i hav like 4 in. of non weeds in my lake

  • @TopAZangler it's not supposed to mimic a swimming craw. it's supposed to look like one in a defensive position (craws up). Instead of throwing it out and "swimming" it back like you do with a jig, you punch it through mats or pitch it in thick grass, etc., give it a few shakes, and repeat. So you're never actually "swimming" it. Having the hook eye at the head and the weight at the ass end makes the bait stand on its ass...that's how a craw sits when a bass is about to eat it. hope this helps!

  • @LandThatFish Flipping rod or heavy grass rod (7' 6" Heavy)

  • what happen to your daiwa strikeforce and megaforce

  • @unresovledconflic They gone

  • I can't find those damn Zappu weights anywhere in canada or anyhwere online.. not even tacklewarehouse

  • @Mothercanuck he said try lees global tackle, japan tackle, ichiban tackle any of those might have it

  • @Mothercanuck ok, you obviously didn't watch the video because I said you can find the Sasuteki craws at TWH and the weights at Lees Global Tackle

  • can u make a little less techncial intro wen u start shit like that it makes ur vids gay

  • @321destroyer1 No, I like my intros to be gay. Thanks for your input though

  • @j0j0barz33 HAHAHAHAHAHAHA GOD JON YOUR MY HERO

  • @321destroyer1 GAY INTROS ARE WHERE ITS AT

  • viewer number 300

  • @bassmaster716 amazing break through in YouTube in history

  • Thanks for posting, question what are the hookups like.Does the wight interfere with the hookups

  • That's a great setup and it puts the hook in a better position on the way down for optimal hook-ups. Thanks for sharing.

  • @bassmaster21001100 Thank you for watching bud!

  • YEAH IVE SEEN THAT RIG A COUPLE OF TIMES BUT IT SEEM KIND OF IF THE HOOK UPS WOURENT BE AS GREAT AS WITH A REGULAR PUNCH RIG CAUSE THAT HOOK SEEMS LIKE ITS IN AN AQUARD POSITION

GIVE ME YOU POINT OF VIEW

    OR YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • @MIGUELCARDOSO818 This rig has no problem getting hook ups. Read my response to Bassfanatic94. If you want a rig that can get into areas like no other and catch fish this is it. I'm not sponsored by any of these companies its just one of those tactics that a lot of guys don't know about yet.

  • Thats pretty cool!

  • Hey John whats a good lure/bait for winter fishing, i was thinking a crank or a jig. What do you have the best luck on?

  • @BDavisOutdoors whats your temp? water temp specifically an what types of lakes are you fishing

  • @j0j0barz33 The temp is around 50 to 60 degrees and the only reason i really fish lakes is when we go trolling or cat fishing i mainly fish for bass when i go pond hopping lol.

  • hey jojo what lures did you get from that tackle show? the japan made ones, was jackall bros. there?

  • @s4il opps! lol just watched the video i see the jackall product now, i jumped the gun.

  • @s4il Hey man, no jackall wasn't there but I'm going to a show were there will be a TON of import tackle and a ton of stuff I've never sen before.

  • are the trokars as good as everybody say they are? im thinkin about em but people are sayin that the points will roll on them. please reply.

    THANKS

  • @co1binat3r There decent but not worth the money. I got them for free from a friend who is sponsored

  • @co1binat3r Ive used the Tro-kar swim bait hooks, and they are super sharp, also have the screw lock design on the front, nothing special, cause most swim bait hooks have these now, only thing is i have not seen any Weighted tro-kar hooks, but that was last year when they first came out, they may have ones now w/ a belly weight for throwing those soft body swim baits

  • @s4il thank you for the reply ill have to try some

  • hey man! :) love the viedos, i gotta ask you a question. i aint poor or anything but i cant afford any high quality reels.could u tell me about a fairly cheap reel that works good with braid? and also could you tell me where i could get some bulk braid?thanks man!!!

  • Nice video Jon! Did you get a this tip from the most recent B.A.S.S. magazine because it is in there. The "Revere Texas Rig" is great like you said. The only problem that I could see about it is the weight coming off on a hard hook set especially when the plastic is soft. Thanks for sharing!

  • @Bassfanatic94 No just JDM vids, and a fish has the bait but not the weight with a reg rig you'll have to pull that weight up when you hook set, but the weight is already in the fishes mouth with this one

  • @Bassfanatic94 yea i fished this rig a lot in the summer and never lost the weight

  • that is very unique............ gonna try it.

  • I don't know if this is a friendly joke but really kyfishing j0j0barz33 makes great fishin vids......great video man good tips, as always.

  • @TKelJay No he's a legit hater

  • @j0j0barz33 Haters help success haha, you got more fans than haters!!

  • @TKelJay Yea I love hot heads

  • interesting

  • @HuskerFishing very

  • hey ur vids suck ppl should sub to ky fishing u bitch

  • @KentuckyFishing really dude...

  • @KentuckyFishing Ky fishing needs to start making some videos before people start "subbing"

  • @KentuckyFishing

I went to subscribe but there was nothing to subscribe to. 2 videos, one technically not a video, and the other had to boys talking over each other one diping and spiting (NASTY) and even if you didn't talk over each other I still couldn't hear you. I think we have a clear winner here. Great Video FWTMW

  • Vids

  • Favorite fishing bids on utube

  • Can you do a video on the variable braking system on shimanos because I'm getting one and wanted to see how to open it and adjust to braking system to situations and bait weight thanks and great videos
