@provenknowledge well if people commit robbies with certain masks etc, you don't think millions of people are gonna see that on t.v. when caught and it makes news, then good luck wearing it out, cops gonna harass you, people are gonna be wierd when you walking around on halloween, it's simple really.

I've seen cold-blooded murders on "The First 48" get less than twenty years for what they did.
