Lovely music, but I don't really like her position in the death spiral with her leg sticking out (Jessica Dubé does a nicer, lower version). Still, I kind of liked them better than the Russians at this comp, they prob should have won gold!

I love Kavaguti and Smirnov's classical Russian style skating. But I prefer Savchenko and Szolkowy instead. This long program is gorgeous.

it was the best programme in that competition despite the mistakes. look at the presentation, it is so much better than kawaguchi/smirnov. there are worlds in between...

captivating, beautiful programme. despite Aljona's two mistakes i watched this video holding my breath. they deserved to win. very disappointed with techs and judges. kudos for Robin & Aljona.

I liked it...it was like the canadians in 2002...romantic and smooth-the side by side triples two toe loops and a salchow had a huge level of difficulty...great program...very hard...they are def competitive against the Chinese...which is why they have such a calm and well thought out program...they are a pair with nothing to prove but that they are stronger together than apart

I like this couple, but it worries me thay they looked terrified at ALL of the competitions they entered this season. Also, this program, though beautiful, is missing something... They skated well, but I am not sure if this looks like an Olympic champion program. I wish them best of luck, nevertheless.

I have to agree with you. I think that programs such as "The mission" or "cirque du solell" have more edge and fit them better..
